Katy hasn't been sleeping so well the past few nights. She is pretty funny about it though. She has to have her Nuk (pacifier) to go to sleep. As soon as she realizes she is about to drift off to sleep, she flails her arms and kicks her feet and ejects her Nuk so she doesn't fall asleep. It is really funny to watch, unless it is happening around 2 am. Oh well. She gets cuter every day. I can't believe that she is 6 weeks old now.
For those who are thinking about attending the movie Jarhead I would like to discourage you. According to the editors of World Magazine its purpose is to depict the United States as imperialistic and our military as immoral killing machine. There are groups out there that would seem to have a goal to undermine the US and all it stands for.

I think someone should create a movie in a "what if the U.S. did not go to war with IRAQ and terrorism?" senario. They could show all the torture and horrid things Sadaam continued to do because he was left in power. They could show the innocent people across Europe and U.S. and other continents that get killed by terrorism because no one was brave enough to stop it. They could show all the Americans who support Sadaam and terrorism - because that is what they are doing when they oppose the war, oppose our president, and oppose what "We the People" of the United States really stand for.
